The assessment is based on a structured questionnaire and supporting documentation and focuses on four main themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">he outcome of the assessment is a sustainability score, used mainly in commercial relationships to understand the level of risk and the maturity of an organisation\u2019s practices.
